Just browsing online and this great job came up in seek….! i’ve taken out the email address just incase they get spam.

But the thing that interested me the most was that SEEK has updated its website….well boy was i shocked when i saw all the pink writing and cartoon characters on the thier home page… it doesnt do their professional image any favours I think. have a look, but i preferred thier old site much better.

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our clients firm as an Accounting Services Manager - just a stones throw from the beach and an outdoor lovers paradise this is a much sought after position.

Our client is an Approved Training Organisation and an established, energetic and growing firm whose core business is Chartered Accountancy with offices in Te Puke and Mount Maunganui in the beautiful Bay of Plenty.

They are looking for someone special to join their team in Te Puke just 15-20mins drive from the beautiful Mt Maunganui and Papamoa beaches and the vibrant city centre of Tauranga.

The successful candidate will:

• Be innovative
• Possess the ability to think outside the box
• Have a friendly disposition and proven ability to work as part of a team
• Have a minimum of 3 - 4 years Chartered Accountancy experience.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Team Leader to a staff of 4 - 6
• Technical assistance and training of your team
• Managing your own client portfolio in conjunction with the Director
• Identifying and participating in client development opportunities
• Reviewing Annual Financial Statements, Tax returns and Monthly Management Reports prepared by your team
• Participating in team activities (social and training where appropriate)

An excellent salary package will be offered to the appropriate candidate based on experience and personal attributes.
